✈️ Shipping Scope & Target Destination

Where We Ship: We proudly ship exclusively to customers located within the United States.
Fulfillment Limitations: Currently, we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses to ensure tracking accuracy.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timelines

To help keep your expectations seamlessly aligned with our automated workflow, our shipping timelines are broken down into two parts:

Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
- You will receive a notification email immediately when your package leaves our fulfillment network.
Estimated Transit & Delivery Time:
- Once processed, standard shipping to most addresses within the United States generally takes 7 to 15 business days.
- Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our carriers. While we make every attempt to minimize delays, factors such as customs checks, extreme weather events, or high-volume courier backlogs may occasionally extend transit windows.

💵 Shipping Rates & Cost Structures

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent so there are never any surprises at checkout:

Standard Shipping Fee: Fixed flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $35.
Free Shipping Threshold: We are thrilled to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $35 or more (before taxes and after discounts are calculated).

📍 Real-Time Order Tracking

Every sip count, and we want you to know exactly when your new daily essentials arrive!

Once your package has been transferred to our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your dedicated tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically become live and active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can track your parcel's progress directly through the link provided in the email or via our on-site tracking page.

🛑 Cancellations, Address Corrections & Modifications

Because we aim to deliver your tumbler upgrades as quickly as possible, your order enters our automated fulfillment queue immediately after checkout.

Address Errors: Please check your shipping details carefully before finalizing your payment. If you spot an error, email us at contact@sipppr.com within 1 hour of placement.
Fulfillment Notice: Once an order enters processing or has been passed to our courier partners, we can no longer alter the delivery address or cancel the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred.

📦 Missing, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries

We want your premium accessories to arrive in pristine condition. If something goes wrong during transit, here is how we protect you:

Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If your accessory is defective or broken, contact us at contact@sipppr.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at zero additional cost to you.
Marked "Delivered" But Not Received: If your tracking link states your item was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local postal hub first. If it remains missing after 3 business days, email our support team. Please note: Sipppr cannot be held liable for packages stolen after a confirmed carrier delivery.
