Because your satisfaction is our priority, we want to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please read our policy below to see how we handle returns and refunds.

Please note that Sipppr specializes entirely in drinkware accessories including collapsible straw sets. For your kind information, we do not provide full tumblers or custom Print-on-Demand (POD) items currently.

  • Final Sale Items: No final sale items—all regular accessories and straw sets are eligible for return if they meet our conditions.

Return Eligibility & Window

You have exactly 14 days from the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to request a return and postmark your package back to us. In accordance with US consumer guidelines, return windows are strictly enforced. Requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or processing.

To be eligible for a successful return and full product refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • It must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned securely inside its original packaging, including any protective cases for your collapsible straws, custom carrying cases, tags, or cleaning brushes if applicable.

  • The item must not show any signs of customer misuse, alterations, or improper handling.

Important Shipping Notice: Please do NOT mail your product back to the address listed on your original shipping box. Our automated system utilizes US-based distribution warehouses, and packages blindly sent there cannot be verified, tracked, or credited to your order. You must contact us directly to obtain our designated, authorized US return facility mailing address.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps required by our fulfillment system:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at contact@sipppr.com with your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and the explicit reason for your return.

  2. Provide Verification: For quality control and standard supplier tracking, please attach 1-2 clear photos or a short video demonstrating that the item is unused and remains safely inside its original packaging.

  3. Receive RMA Address: Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will issue you an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with our specific US returns facility address.

  4. Mail Your Item: Pack your item securely, write the RMA clearly on the package, and attach your self-purchased trackable shipping label.

  5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for preparing their own return shipping labels and paying all associated shipping costs to send the item back.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees paid during checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Tracking Requirement: Because we cannot guarantee receipt of your return, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If a returned package goes missing without tracking proof, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an accessory that is defective, damaged during transit, or completely incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sipppr.com.

To process a swift, complimentary replacement or store credit, our system requires clear photos or video evidence showcasing the issue or damage alongside the original shipping label. Once verified, we will remedy the issue at zero extra cost to you. Please note that claims for items damaged after delivery or due to improper handling will not be accepted.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return shipment arrives at our designated facility, it will undergo a standard inspection to verify its unused condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be authorized immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment gateway).

  • Please note that processing times vary across financial institutions, but refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to fully reflect on your statement.
